We have a long few weeks ahead of us with the school closures, so I’ve rounded up some of my favorite at home crafts to do with kids. I am a big fan of letting kids explore their creativity, so you’ll find LOTS of artsy ideas in this list.

The kids had a blast making these and the best part is the artwork is modern and turns out BEAUTIFUL no matter what the age of your kids. Use your Cricut or Silhouette machine to cut out the vinyl and the templates are totally free! It is so fun for kids to see their artwork come to live with this activity. I have some helpful tips to create these personalized school items with your Cricut! I don't sanction kids playing with fire, so this is a great alternative! Making faux wood burned wood signs is SO easy and it's a great way to create some fun artwork. Kids will love that they can play with these toy cars after they create them! I made these with items I had around the house and the movement keeps them entertained! Plus...free printables! Do you have a budding hand letterer at home? Use this tutorial to teach them to create their own notebook art! These sunflower sunglasses are so cute, plus it's an easy craft to keep the littles busy. Love the unique shape of these printables made with the Cricut! This is another great idea to get your kids involved with creating artwork for your home. Have any tissue paper lying around? I always buy it for birthdays and have a surplus! This is a really cute craft idea and it looks like it will keep their attention for a bit. I love that this idea will also get you out of the house searching for rocks. Plus, they're super cute and can be used as kid room decor. This is for back to school, but you could also create a bag for sleepovers and road trips! We'll be doing a lot of reading while the kids are out of school, so why not beautify some bookmarks?
